The Rowan County Sheriff is separate from the detention center. The sheriff's office is at 600 West Main Street, Morehead, phone 606-784-5446, and handles law-enforcement services rather than jail roster administration.

Bond and Inmate Funds
Rowan County publishes several bond and money rules. Monetary-security bonds must be paid in cash with exact change, and picture ID is required. Mail, Property, and Programs
